A total of about 1.04 lakh crore rupees is expected to be spent by March 31, the last day of the fiscal year. Moreover, it is probable that over 250 crore rupees will be withdrawn given the nearly 450 allocation orders that have been issued. 4.Allegations Against Nishikant Dubey and Wife for Seizing Medical College in Deoghar

Jharkhand, BJP Member of Parliament Nishikant Dubey, along with his wife and others, has been accused of allegedly kidnapping a private medical college and hospital through deception. Nishikant Dubey, who is contesting the Lok Sabha elections from the Godda seat again this time, said that if the allegations are proven true, he will quit politics.

The complaint was filed at the Jasidih police station in Deoghar district by a person named Shiv Datt Sharma. The allegation is that Dubey and his wife took over their hospital through Baba Baidyanath Medical Trust. Shiv Datt Sharma stated in the complaint that he had taken a loan of 93 crore rupees for the medical college and hospital, but the Medical Council of India did not approve the institution, causing the bank to declare his loan amount as Non-Performing Asset (NPA).

Due to his administrative skills, he rose to become the Chief Secretary of Jharkhand, the highest administrative position in the state. As Sukhdev Singh was stepping towards retirement, in May 2022, during the same period, there was a raid by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) at the addresses of Jharkhand cadre IAS officer Pooja Singhal, leading to a mire of controversy in the bureaucracy here.
