PM Modi inaugurated the PM-SURAJ National Portal Business Loan and conducted a direct interaction program with sanitation workers on Wednesday at the Collectorate building.
Portal for Various Government Schemes
The PM-SURAJ National Portal Business Loan, operated by the central government, encompasses the implementation of numerous schemes. These include ration distribution, housing initiatives, pension schemes, and insurance programs. Serving as a national platform, the portal is focused on social upliftment, employment opportunities, and public welfare.
Easy Loan Access up to 15 Lakhs
One of the key features of this portal is the provision for loan assistance. Eligible individuals will find it convenient to apply for loans through the portal. The portal facilitates easy access to loans, allowing applications for business loans of up to 15 lakh rupees. This streamlines the process, eliminating the need to visit banks and enabling applications directly through the portal.

All sanitation workers from the municipal council listened to the PM’s live broadcast and gathered information about the portal.
