States with reported cases ranging from 760 to 31 in this category, such as Bihar, Maharashtra, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, and Jharkhand, performed worse than Jharkhand.
