43rd IIT (ISM) Dhanbad convocation event, with Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar as the special guest.

On December 10, the 43rd convocation ceremony of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad is expected to be a lavish event, with Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar serving as the chief guest. The university has been preparing for the convocation, which will see more than a thousand graduates from the class of 2023 get their degrees.
The ceremony will honour the accomplishments of forty-three students who have won gold medals, fourteen who have won silver medals, and nineteen who have won various sponsored awards, according to Professor Dheeraj Kumar, the institute’s deputy director. Arpan Das, who obtained an amazing 9.76 CGPA while pursuing a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, will get the esteemed President’s Gold Medal.

Arpan Das will get the Best UG Student Award from the IIT Alumni Association, while Deepshikha will receive the Best PG Student Award.
