Rahul Gandhi to Address Election Rally in Chaibasa,

Lok Sabha constituency. After Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Chaibasa on May 3rd in support of BJP candidate Geeta Koda, it’s now Rahul Gandhi, the former president of the All India Congress, who is set to address an election rally at Tata College Ground in Chaibasa at 11:30 am on May 7th.

This rally, organized in favor of Joba Manjhi, a former cabinet minister in the Jharkhand government contesting from the Singhbhum Lok Sabha seat under the Jharkhand Liberation Front, is crucial. It marks Rahul Gandhi’s third election rally in the Singhbhum parliamentary constituency.

In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, on May 3, 2024, an election rally was held at the same Tata College Ground to secure Geeta Koda’s victory as the BJP candidate. It’s noteworthy that in 2019, Rahul Gandhi had come to the same ground to rally support for Geeta Koda’s victory. This time, however, the tables have turned as the focus shifts to defeating Geeta Koda in the very same arena.

The political landscape in Singhbhum is witnessing intense campaigning as both major parties vie for supremacy. Rahul Gandhi’s rally is anticipated to rally support for Joba Manjhi in what promises to be a closely contested battle for the Singhbhum Lok Sabha seat.
